毎日投稿していたブログから、インスタグラム配信に切り替えてちょうど1年。

現状のインスタグラム配信を皆様はどんな風に感じていただいているだろうか。

京都の桜写真を6分割した投稿が1年前。それまでもトライ&エラーを繰り返してきたが、この頃からフォロワーさんも徐々に増えてきた。最近では「格好よくなったね」「おしゃれですよね」「コラム楽しみにしてます」とうれしいお声がけが多くなり、とてもうれしい。

この流れの舵取り役は私が担っているが、1人で進めた訳ではない。
働いてくれているスタッフ1人1人が、山城の発信を格好よくしたい！と、まるで自分のアカウントを扱うように、”私事”に落とし込んでくれたからこそである。お陰様でブランディングという面において、格好よく見せるための技術や知識などを学ぶことができた。

It has been exactly one year since we switched from a daily blog to an Instagram feed.

How do you feel about our current Instagram feed?

It was one year ago that I posted a six-part photo of cherry blossoms in Kyoto. I had been repeating trial and error until then, and since then, the number of followers has been gradually increasing. Recently, I have been receiving many nice comments such as, “You have become better looking,” “You are very stylish,” and “I look forward to your columns.

I am in charge of steering this process, but I did not do it alone.
The staff members who work for me want to make Yamashiro’s posts look cool, and they are treating the site as if they are handling their own accounts! Thanks to their efforts, we were able to learn the skills and knowledge needed to make our branding look good.

しかし我々の仕事は、お客様に商品を買ってもらってナンボである。

厳しいに言い方にしてしまうと、SNS配信がよくなっても売上が上がらなければ一緒なのだ。
より多くの人に知ってもらうためのツールがSNSであり目的ではない。SNSはあくまでも目的達成のための手段であるのだ。
周りの方々から褒めていただく度に、自分自身への戒めとして、より良い配信をしていく方法は何か? を考える機会だと捉えている。問題発生で滞っていたライブ配信も再開しよう。

徐々に気温が上がってきたココ京都。桜も満開を迎えた。

来年の春にはどうなっているだろう。

どうしたいのだろう。

散っていく桜の今を見ながら、明日の夢を見る。

However, our job is to get customers to buy our products.

To put it in a harsh way, even if the SNS distribution improves, if sales do not increase, it is the same thing.
SNS is a tool to get more people to know our products and services, not an objective.
Whenever I receive compliments from people around me, I take it as a reminder to myself to think about how I can improve my distribution. I take it as an opportunity to think about how I can improve my service. I will also resume live streaming, which had been stalled due to a problem.

The temperature is gradually rising here in Kyoto. Cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

What will it be like next spring?

What do we want to do?

Watching the cherry blossoms now as they fall, I dream of tomorrow.
