\nThe store, “Umibe to Coffee Kotori<\/strong>,” stands quietly in what used to be a beach house.
\nThe owner of this cafe, which attracts many visitors from outside the prefecture, is Kotaro Tatara.<\/p>\n

Yamashiro’s factory is located on the Kunisaki Peninsula in Oita Prefecture.
\nFor the third generation who visits three to four times a month, “Umibe to Coffee Kotori<\/strong>” is a very special place.<\/p>\n

I wanted to start something here. As soon as I felt that way, my body was moving, and that very day I went to see if I could rent the building.”<\/p>\n

From there, he and his wife took the time to modify the building, opening it in April 2013.
